Carolyn Collins

Carolyn Collins strongly believes in the "Service above Self" model of doing business. As Realtor/ Associate Sales Broker, Carolyn has ranked as a multi-million dollar producer each year since she began her real estate career in 2001. She is a proven leader in the Northern Michigan region, with more than 100 million dollars in sales. With numerous awards under her belt, Carolyn has been honored with the prestigious  International Masters Centurion, Diamond, Emerald  and Ruby Sales Awards 2012-2017 as well as achieving the Quality Service Award in 2017.

Carolyn is highly dedicated to the community in which she lives and works. She is President Elect of TAAR, Traverse Area Association of Realtors and is serving her third year on the TAAR Board of Directors. She serves on the Board of Directors for NMSH, Northwest Michigan Supportive housing. She is Past President of the Traverse Bay Twilight Rotary Club  and a member of  Women's Council of Realtors. Her real estate designations include specializations in Luxury Homes, Senior Real Estate, Recreation and Resorts, Home Marketing and Negotiation.

She is proud to be partnering with her son , Ben Collins, USCG veteran (2002-2010)  since  2015 in the business. They both have the Real Estate  Military designations and enjoy helping those who have served our country.

Carolyn and her husband Don of 40  years relocated to Traverse City 28 years ago with their three children. She owned and managed successful businesses in Traverse City and Elk Rapids for several years prior to launching her real estate career. She enjoys spending time with her family, which now includes three grandchildren, hiking with her two dogs, traveling and playing piano.
